Facts of the Case
On 18 March 2023, A., a French female semi-professional cyclist (Cyclist), lodged a complaint with the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Ethics Commission against her cycling team B. (Team) and C., the manager and sports director of the Team (Manager) alleging various breaches of the 2018 UCI Code of Ethics (Code), and in particular of Article 6.4 of the Code, which imposes a general duty on persons subject to the Code to respect the physical and mental integrity of all individuals with whom they come into contact in the course of their cycling-related activity, in particular prohibiting sexual harassment.
On 27 April 2020, the UCI Ethics Commission informed the Cyclist that her request to participate in the proceedings had been rejected on the basis of Article 21 of the Code, which provides that...
