Introduction
On 11 October 2022, the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS) adopted amendments to the Code of Sports-Related Arbitration (CAS Code) which came into force on 1 November 2022.
The followoing amendments concerned the Statutes of ICAS and the Procedural Rules.
