Defender Reinaldo Lobo reported the Malaysian club Penang FA to FIFA as he was chasing six months unpaid salary.

In November 2016, the player Reinaldo Rodrigues de Oliveira Lobo (the Player) and Football Association of Penang (the Club) entered into an employment contract effective from 1 December 2016 until 30 November 2017 (one year contract).

In May 2017, the Player suffered an injury during a training session. The Club then omitted to pay the Player’s salaries as from June 2017 until the end of the contract and, consequently, not complying with Article 12bis par. 1 FIFA RSTP.
