In 2015, an article-by-article commentary of the CAS Code was published by Kluwer Law International (Wolters Kluwer Law & Business), authored by Despina Mavromati and Matthieu Reeb. The book offers both perspectives of CAS case-law on each essential article as well as an insight from two reputed professionals of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

1. To start with, one can note that the book (i) delivers what the title suggests, namely it offers pertinent and extensive commentaries, (ii) it covers all the ground expected, (iii) the index is a rich, accurate, and broad source of information.

2. The Code commentary has a number of 708 pages structured in 2 chapters of which the latter is divided into sections and subsections. Although it is a lengthy piece of documentation, it offers detailed explanations on the commented articles.
