Introduction 

At he beginning of March 2023, another interesting EU sports law case took the attention of sports law experts. It has not gathered as much media and fans attention as the so-called European Superleague case (C-333/21),[2] but its legal significance is highly important. It is a feeling that it will be part of a kind of Court of Justice of the European Union’s (CJEU) EU Law sport-related case-law codification, as it will be explained further in the paper.
