

Facts of the Case
By decision dated 4 April 2024, a Turkish professional football club affiliated to the Turkish Football Federation (Club) was ordered by the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) to pay its former player EUR 180,000 for unpaid salaries and EUR 106,250 of indemnity for premature termination of his employment contract.
On 3 May 2024, the Club lodged an appeal against this decision with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) by email.
