Sport is universally recognized as a human endeavor capable of fostering inclusion and promoting values that bridge differences and catalyze the appreciation of the collective, grounded in respect for rules, discipline and mutual respect.

Sport is, by nature, the creator of an environment free of social, racial, political and cultural differentiations, having as a structuring basis the consideration of the individual's human condition. In the face of breaking down the barriers of differences, sport promotes a society nourished by fundamental principles, human development, respect for differences and harmonious coexistence.

Lex Sportiva is the legal order of the sports structure, consisting of a set of rules issued by private sports entities. It is transnational in effectiveness and aims to govern, discipline and bring legal certainty to sports relations, confirming sports autonomy.
