Brief Facts
In 2012, the Egyptian Player Ibrahim Hassan (Player) transferred from Nugoom FC to Ismaily SC and the three parties signed a three-party contract, by virtue of which Ismaily SC was obligated to notify Nugoom FC of any offer to purchase the services of the Player, whereafter the two clubs would discuss the offer in order to make a bilateral decision of accepting or rejecting the offer, so as to ensure the best interests of the three parties, on the basis that each club would get 50% of the net profits of that offer. The contract included a penalty clause of an amount of USD 500,000 (approx. EUR 410,000) to be paid by any party who was found to be in breach to the contract.
In 2017, Nugoom FC approached Ismaily SC and informed them that there was an offer of EGP 12 million (approx. EUR 623,000)...
