The French Style Training

The Professional Football Charter, signed in 1973, settles the relationships between the French Football Federation (FFF) or the Professional Football League (LFP), the bodies employers concerned and the employees of football businesses.

This amounts to a genuine collective agreement, with more than 800 articles and some appendices updated every year, which is co-signed by the FFF, the LFP, the French clubs’ representing body (UCPF), France players’ union (UNFP), the educators’ association, the national union of trainers and the professional technical executives of football.

It is precisely this Charter that ignited the development of a system of methodical training by obliging the professional football clubs to set up training centers.
