FIFA 2022 Qualyfyer is Suspended due to Health Reasons


On 5 September 2021, the world football’s governing body announced that a FIFA World Cup qualifier for the CONMEBOL region had been suspended as the match was abandoned five minutes after the kick-off.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier between the national representative teams of Brazil and Argentina was suspended minutes after kick-off on 5 September 2021, after several Brazilian health officials came onto the pitch to escort four Argentine footballers away.
