Women’s Football and the Challenges of Training Compensation

FIFA must hasten to establish a compensation system for women players training that promotes and stimulates its practice and development everywhere. Though, according to Anna Peniche Adame, transposing the system applicable to men's football does not seem to be the solution.

We live in times of change. The performance of women in different key roles is more common every day, but so also are the challenges they face.

But, why claim equality? Why ask for equal opportunities? Why fight for the respect of the right to be, and the ability to do what women want?

Maybe the answer is that the circumstances have gained ground. Women assumed roles before the world was ready to accept them. And here is the gap: I do not understand why women have to ask for acceptance every time they want to do something different or that has traditionally been perceived as reserved for men only.

Anyway, the point is that in everything that women do and all the roles that they perform,...
