On 4 October 2023, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in accordance with Article 3.1 of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), published the new National Regulation for Football Agents (RNAF).[1]
The new RNAF replaces the old National Intermediary Regulation (RNI),[2] which was initially published by CBF on 24 April 2015,
