Cases governed by Article 17 FIFA RSTP

In cases governed by Article 17 of FIFA Regulations on Status and Transfer of Players (FIFA RSTP), we are used to respective breaches of contract leading to the termination of a contract with the consequence that the party that is responsible for the contract (be it the party declaring a termination in the absence of a just cause or the other party that culpably caused the termination) is liable to pay a compensation to the other party. The question whether or not there was just cause is of no relevance as to whether or not the contract is effectively terminated, but only in order to determine whether or not a compensation...
