A Player that has represented an association in official senior matches cannot later represent another association in an official senior match.

Facts/Procedure

Between 2004 and 2012, Mr Florent Malouda (the Player or the Appellant) played multiple times for France’s first team.

On 19 April 2013, CONCACAF declared the French Guiana FA (FGFA) an associate member, although it is not a member of FIFA.
