Swiss Federal Tribunal Temporarily Suspends IAAF Rules on Hyperandrogenic Athletes


One month after the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which rejected Caster Semenya’s request, the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) has temporarily suspended the IAAF’s rules on hyperandrogenic athletes.
