Reinaldo Teixeira has been elected President of Liga Portugal for the remainder of the 2023-2027 term, following a General Assembly held on Friday, 5 April 2025. Representing List A, Mr. Teixeira secured a clear majority with 42 votes, defeating List B candidate José Gomes Mendes, who received 10 votes​.
