The FIFA RSTP not only requires clubs to regularly check the “Claims” tab in the Transfer Matching System (TMS), but it also indicates that a failure to do so is not a valid excuse for any procedural disadvantages that may arise. The duty to check the “Claims” tab at least every three days is not unreasonable.
