On 23 May 2024, the Adjudicatory Chamber of the Independent FIFA Ethics Committee sanctioned five Bangladeshi football officials due to illicit acts performed while serving as officials of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). These sanctions follow similar findings that were already published by the FIFA Ethics Committee in February 2023.
Over the course of the investigation of several BFF officials, the resulting sanctions were imposed by the FIFA Ethics Committee:
