FIFA Published Latest Edition of Procedural Rules, RSTP and Clearing House Regulations
On 8 November 2022, FIFA published the latest edition of Procedural Rules Governing the Football Tribunal (Procedural Rules), the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (FIFA RSTP), as well as explanatory notes concerning the new provisions of the RSTP in relation to minors. Additionally, on the same day, the first edition of the FIFA Clearing House Regulations was published.
