On 29 July 2023, FIFA released its Circular Letter no. 1853, establishing the categories available to each association to classify its affiliated clubs and the applicable training costs for the upcoming season. Additionally, the Circular Letter also states the requisites for FIFA member associations to set season dates, competition and registration periods (including amateur competitions). It should be noted that the FIFA member association should specify this information by 15 August 2023.
