FIFA CAS Quarterly Report (January-April 2025)


On 22 April 2025, FIFA launched its first-ever quarterly Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) report, providing analysis of CAS rulings in football cases. This resource includes a detailed examination of CAS decisions, legal trends and references to significant rulings from the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

Published quarterly, the FIFA Quarterly CAS Report will consistently feature non-confidential CAS awards communicated by CAS to FIFA during the preceding quarter. More specifically, the first edition ranges from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
