This resource includes a detailed examination of CAS decisions, legal trends and references to significant rulings from the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
Published quarterly, the FIFA Quarterly CAS Report will consistently feature non-confidential CAS awards communicated by CAS to FIFA during the preceding quarter. More specifically, the first edition ranges from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
