Football is a global sport and is played to varying levels of skill in possibly every inhabited land in the world. There are more FIFA Member Associations (MA) than there are United Nations affiliated countries.[1] With all of the positives this brings, there is a fundamental issue arising; that of how to regulate with consistency across the footballing world, and how to implement universal change.
There are various examples of difficulty arising from this, including the Regulations on Working with Intermediaries. This article will focus on crimes within football.
