Invoking an attack on sporting fairness and free competition between football clubs, an association of FC Barcelona supporters and a member of the Catalan club had challenged the LFP’s approval of Lionel Messi’s contract with PSG and the decision of the DNCG not to have taken administrative measures against the Parisian club in view of its financial situation. In view of the subject matter, scope and time-limited effects of those two decisions, they cannot be perceived as having a direct and certain effect on the activities of FC Barcelona and, beyond that, on the rights and interests of the applicants, enabling them to bring proceedings to obtain their invalidation.
