A player's mere participation in their club's A-team, regardless of frequency, is insufficient to conclusively determine the completion of the Player's training period. It is imperative to consider several additional factors in this evaluation process, normally on a factual basis.

Facts/Procedure

 

On 15 July 2019, the Player was registered by the Italian FA as a professional player with Inter Milan. On 23 September 2020, the Player was temporarily transferred from Inter Milan to Spezia (Third Respondent) until 30 June 2021.

During the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 sporting seasons, the Player was temporarily registered with the Second and Fourth Respondents, respectively.

On 11 January 2024, the Player was temporarily transferred from Inter Milan to Sevilla FC until the end of the relevant sporting season. On 16 August 2024, the Player was permanently transferred from Inter Milan to Sevilla FC for a fixed fee.
