Until recently, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber considered the presence of signatures an essential element for the conclusion of employment contracts. New jurisprudence shows a shift in FIFA’s approach, the signature element being dropped in favor of the parties’ conclusive conduct as evidence of the intent to conclude a contract.
