The Chinese Football Association (CFA) has announced new rules to govern the use of young players in local professional leagues and expense, debit and investment caps for clubs.
On 20 December 2018, the CFA has released several new policies and economic cap that will be displayed as follow. All the amounts are in Chinese RMB:
