On 3 January 2019, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) released the new edition of the regulations on the Registration and Transfer of Players and the Intermediaries Regulations (here attached).

2019 is another year full of changes and news in sports law and this is particularly the case with regards to football. After the most recent amendments to the FIFA Regulations on Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP) in June 2018, new reform proposals have already been approved by the FIFA Council and a new version of the RSTP is expected to come out soon.
In the same way, FIFA is preparing to bring back the licensing system on football agents, by introducing strong regulations on the activity.
