Brief facts

On 27 May 2016, there were changes to the ownership of PFC Litex Lovech (retaining the same majority shareholder), and Litex carried out a series of modifications to the club, such as changing the name from Litex to PFC CSKA-Sofia EAD, moving its headquarters from Lovech to Sofia, and changing its colors and emblem.
