Individual training is not good for players, but there can be circumstances when a club may deem it necessary for a player to train alone but then only until his fitness had recovered. Football is a team sport and the majority of training needs to be as part of a team or squad and with a football.

Facts/Procedure

On 25 June 2013, the Player signed an employment contract with Slask Wroclaw (the Respondent or the Club) valid until 30 June 2016. It provided for the Player’s salary to be EUR 168,000 gross per season, or EUR 14,000 gross per month. During October and November 2013, the club’s board underwent a series of changes and its president, vice-president and coach were replaced.
