Dr. Daniel Rietiker is a senior lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) who is a distinguished expert and author of this excellent book in the field of sports and human rights. In parallel, he serves as a part-time lecturer in public international law at the University of Lausanne (Lausanne, Switzerland) and an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School (Boston, the United States).
