The African continent is a breeding ground for world football: all over the world, African players play in the most prestigious professional clubs. But, in this globalized football, are the interests of the African continent really represented and defended? The Panel will aim to address questions of regulation and governance of football, both at the continental and global level, and to reflect and debate on how legal issues in favor of African football can be taken to the highest level.<\/p>\n

Abdouraman Hamadou Babba is a football stakerholder in Cameroon. He was a member of F\u00e9cafoot and president of Etoile Filante de Garoua. He is known for the various appeals to the Court of arbitration for sport which led to several cancellations of electoral processes and dissolutions of F\u00e9cafoot management teams.<\/span><\/p>\n
