The footballer who plays in Africa can find himself in very different situations depending on the clubs and countries. In his relationship with his club and his national federation, many difficulties can arise: non-payment of salaries, absence of written contract, disciplinary sanctions, threats, etc.
How should the player react to conflicts? How can he effectively assert his rights? What are some good reflexes to have?
This panel will aim to respond on a legal level, but also pragmatically, to players' questions and their advice on how to best manage all types of conflicts that may arise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

He previously worked with the European Handball Federation and had an experience with professional football club in France. This gives him an understanding of the various viewpoints in the sports sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

He has handled CAS cases and disputes before FIFA Tribunal mainly regarding contractual disputes and requests for the payment of training indemnities and solidarity contributions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
