Quelles sont les dispositions sp\u00e9cifiques du droit national et international qui s’appliquent au joueur mineur ? Quels contrats peut-il signer ? Quels sont les m\u00e9canismes juridiques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 le prot\u00e9ger mais aussi \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 son incapacit\u00e9 de principe \u00e0 contracter ?
De m\u00eame, les centres de formation et les acad\u00e9mies de football en Afrique regorgent de jeunes talents, fruit de leur travail de formation et d’\u00e9ducation des jeunes joueurs. Mais, ces centres et acad\u00e9mies sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 de nombreux risques face aux convoitises d’agents et autres tiers qui, \u00e0 bourse d\u00e9li\u00e9e, tentent de d\u00e9baucher les jeunes joueurs. Comment peuvent-ils prot\u00e9ger leurs investissements ? De quels recours disposent t’ils en cas de “d\u00e9bauchages” de joueurs par des tiers ?
A travers l’analyse du cadre juridique applicable aux joueurs mineurs (dont le FIFA RSJT), et le partage des exp\u00e9riences d’acteurs, le panel aura pour objectif de donner les outils prot\u00e9geant \u00e0 la fois les joueurs mineurs et les centres de formation en Afrique.<\/p>\n
