Football players and coaches have a special interest in being able to continue their work. In a recent award, the Arbitration Committee of the Royal Dutch Football Federation (KNVB) focussed on the suspension of a football coach at an amateur club, Robert Braber (picture).

On 8 April 2022, the Arbitration Committee of the KNVB (Arbitration Committee) issued an award in an atypical dispute between the coach Robert S. Braber (Coach) and Dutch amateur club RBC Roosendaal (RBC). In its award, the Arbitration Committee again specified the framework against which the suspension of a football coach should be assessed under Dutch Law.
