Football Legal: Following the Diarra judgment, FIFA’s Bureau of the Council adopted an interim regulatory framework concerning the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (FIFA RSTP) and the FIFA Procedural Rules Governing the Football Tribunal, in December 2024. How has this framework been received so far, and what challenges has FIFA identified in its early application?
