Sports Agents: the Mandate does not have to be in the form of a single written act

If Article L. 222-17 of the French Sports Code provides that the contract under which the sports agent carries out his activity of putting in relation the interested parties to the conclusion of a convention relating to the paid exercise of a sports or training activity must take a written form, the Court of Cassation, in a judgment of 11 July 2018, specifies however that these provisions do not require that these contracts be established in the form of a single written act.
