This article voices some of the criticisms and concerns that have been commonly raised about the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) within the sports law community. The aim of the article is to explain and explore those problems as well as to highlight some practical issues that they cause. Finally, some humble suggestions are made that could resolve those issues and help improve sports arbitration.
