On 20 February 2024, the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Unit issued its latest disciplinary decisions regarding CONMEBOL-organized inter-club fixtures. It should be noted that these decisions were published on 22 February 2024.
The CONMEBOL Disciplinary Unit sanctioned three clubs and a football official participating in the 2024 edition of the CONMEBOL Libertadores. The resulting decisions are explained in detail below.
