The Legal Department at CAF was created very recently. What led to this decision?

The creation of the Legal Department of CAF meets a real need as you can imagine. It was even rather inappropriate to say that an institution such as CAF did not have, until then, a Legal Department.

There was indeed a Disciplinary Department, which dealt with disciplinary procedures as well as the files to be submitted to the jurisdictional bodies, but this was largely insufficient.
