German e-commerce Leader Zalando Sanctioned by the Italian Competition Authority for Ambush Marketing Activities in relation to EURO 2020

For the first time a sanction has been imposed by the Italian Competition Authority in application of the recently introduced legislation aimed at tackling ambush marketing activities (i.e. Law Decree no. 16, 11 March 2020).
