FIFA Publishes Mediation Guidelines


FIFA Mediation Guidelines - Ed February 2023

In late February 2023, FIFA announced the list of FIFA-approved mediators qualified to conduct FIFA mediations. As well, Guidelines to conduct these mediations were also released by the world's football governing body.

On 21 May 2021,  the 71st FIFA Congress approved a series of amendments to the FIFA Statutes and the Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes as part of its third reform package, which included, among other things, the creation of the Football Tribunal (more information about the Football Tribunal can be found on football-legal.com).
