Intervention according to Article R41.3 of the CAS Code only provides participation as a formal party and not participation as a non-party (with restricted rights) in analogy to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure. Article R41.3 of the CAS Code is not designed to cure a failed deadline of a party that was entitled to appeal against the decision.
