The dispute was related to the termination of the employment contract between Huracan and Christian Espinoza and the player’s right to receive a 15% share of the amount corresponding to the buy-out clause.

Espinoza had an employment contract with Huracan with a buyout clause of EUR 5 million “net”. In July 2016, the Spanish club Villarreal decided to activate it, transferring EUR 5 million plus the amounts corresponding to all the applicable taxes...
